2. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If your product is eligible for a warranty claim, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Approval & Instructions – Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions.
3️⃣ Return the Item (if required) – Some warranty claims may require you to return the defective product for inspection.
4️⃣ Repair, Replacement, or Refund – If approved, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit based on the issue.

3. Warranty Limitations

• Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
• Repairs and replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
• If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent replacement or store credit.
• Some items may have a manufacturer’s warranty instead of a Buysom warranty.

4. Exceptions & Exclusions

This warranty does not apply if:
